Slow-Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb beef stew meat, browned, cubed
  • 32 oz organic beef broth
  • 2 cup Frozen whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups Frozen green beans
  • 2 cups Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Potatoes, peeled, cubed
  • 1 (28 oz) can crushed organic tomatoes
  • 2 cups Celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 1 package onion soup mix (or make your own)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:
  1. Add all ingredients to slow-cooker. 
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
