Slow-Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients:- 1 lb beef stew meat, browned, cubed
- 32 oz organic beef broth
- 2 cup Frozen whole kernel corn
- 2 cups Frozen green beans
- 2 cups Carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed organic tomatoes
- 2 cups Celery, thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 package onion soup mix (or make your own)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to slow-cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
