A big grocery shopping trip!
My bin to keep the non-perishable extras in such as broth, and  other things that will be prepared the day of.
Day 1: 7 soups and 2 Shredded hot beef sandwich meals= 9 meals done! 21 to go!!

Some of you know that I will be under-going surgery at the end of the month. We are a busy family. I have learned that meal prep is essential to eating healthy clean meals at home. In order to help myself and my family during my recovery time, I am going to plan and prep 1 month of meals for us to enjoy. We may be enjoying these well past one month, as we do take advantage of left-overs. So without further ado, here is this list I came up with on the flight home from Marco Island, FL on Saturday. I am linking most of the recipes but keep in mind I modify a lot to make as clean as possible and to suit my family's palate. I will post my actual recipes and photos later.

  2. Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my newest twitter updates. I've been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this. Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I look forward to your new updates. fb login facebook

    1. Hmmm... yes I have seen something like what you are describing. I will see if I can figure out where it was. My software developer husband helps me create things when I cannot find them out there :)
