Chicken Noodle Soup 

















Ingredients:
  • Chicken Broth- 64 oz.
  • Celery- 1 1/2-2 cups, chopped.
  • Carrots- 1 1/2-2 cups, chopped.
  • Yellow Onion- 1, chopped
  • Chicken- 1/2-1 pound, chopped, cooked
  • Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix- 1 packet (or make your own)
  • Egg noodles- 2-3 cups (Or brown rice noodles, dumplings,  other variations- you can get creative!)
Directions:
  1. Depending on variation, throw all ingredients except noodles into crockpot on low for 6-8 hours. 
  2. Add uncooked egg noodles 30 minutes prior to serving- they will cook in the crockpot.
COMMENTS: We are using us things we have on hand. I am not big on wasting. There is alternative noodles such as brown rice pasta that can be used. Also, you can make your own version of Italian Dressing Mix.
